1. Multiple tasking: Multiple tasking is very obvious in today's life. We feel tired not for physical work but mental work. E.g. people eat food, watch television and talk on phone at the same time. It is multitasking.
2. Time management: Time management is one of the important tasks essential for smooth life. Great beings tell that "If you fail to planning, you plan for failing". People used to take more burden than capacity, ultimately find over burden and stressed out. Plan your day wisely and do work with utmost care and perfection. These will give satisfaction and relaxation.
3. Using relaxation techniques like deep breathing, visualization or imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation and yoga. This will help us to stay fit and relax in our daily activities.
4. Don't hesitate to tell "NO": If any task you feel that it will take much time for me and schedule gets disturbed then politely say "No". There is no harm to say upfront instead telling yes and not doing the work.
5. Healthy diet: So many studies have shown that our foods today are severely depleted of the vitamins and minerals and the increased stress of modern day living and increased exposure to toxins in our environment means we need more of these essential vitamins and minerals to cope. Have fruit and vitamin supplements in our daily life to remain fit and fresh.
Sometimes we missed out any point to stay away from stress management tips then also don't worry. Take care next time but don't forget to take vitamin tablets this time. You cannot stay more time in condition of stress. Better you take any Multivitamins available in drug store and move on.
